    Pricing terms & conditions

    • • Direct payments: 4.0% on all payments taken through the platform, inclusive of Stripe fees.
    • • Term: standard contracts run for three seasons with a one-year break clause.
    • • Annual price increase on the 1st July each year: RPI + 3%. Note that the RPI value uses the December RPI value from the preceding year. For 2026, this is 4.2%, meaning a price increase of 4.2% + 3% = 7.2%.
    • • Billing: no charges until the relevant platforms are live; billing is monthly thereafter.
    • • Contra/exchange deals: not generally accepted in return for products, but assessed on a case-by-case basis.
    • • Quote validity: quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date displayed on the website; after this point they may change.
